These terms keep education, automated information, provider discovery, payments, and personal decision-making in their proper roles.
Pō a Ao provides education, research discovery, questions to discuss with qualified professionals, and provider-directory information. It is not medical diagnosis, prescribing, dosing, medication management, emergency care, legal advice, or a guarantee of suitability or outcome.
Do not use the site for emergencies. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. Do not start, stop, taper, combine, or change a medication or substance based only on this site or an automated response.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify Pō a Ao of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
A listing, review state, evidence record, paid feature, or sponsored placement is not an endorsement, medical referral, safety guarantee, legal determination, or statement that a provider is suitable for a particular person. Visitors must conduct their own due diligence.
Professionals must submit accurate, current, supportable information and may not misrepresent credentials, legality, outcomes, evidence, affiliations, cultural authority, sponsorship, or safety. Material changes may return a field or listing to review.
Paid provider tools begin only after an approved listing and successful Stripe checkout. Plan features, price, renewal timing, cancellation, and refund terms are shown before purchase. Payment never buys verification, approval, clinical status, or organic ranking.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private areas, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use Pō a Ao content to create unsupported medical claims. Linked third-party content remains subject to its owner’s terms.
Research, laws, provider information, prices, and external links can change. Pō a Ao may correct, suspend, remove, or restrict material and accounts to protect accuracy, safety, rights, and service integrity.
